Emiratisation for Employers: Hiring, Compliance and Retention: StrongYes Emiratisation Hub
Quick answer

Employers with 50 or more employees must grow Emirati representation in skilled roles by 1 percentage point every six months, reaching 10% by the end of 2026, and companies with 20 to 49 employees in 14 sectors must employ two Emiratis. This hub gives HR teams the practical side: how to hire and retain Emiratis, a job description template for roles that count, a hiring runway planner for 31 December and the compliance rules that protect the company.

Emiratisation works best for companies that treat it as a talent strategy rather than a quota. The firms that meet their targets comfortably usually build a pipeline early, write real roles with real growth, and invest in the first year of each hire.
