Emiratisation Calculator 2026: Your Target, Gap and Contribution: StrongYes Emiratisation Hub
Quick answer

Enter your total employees, skilled roles, qualifying Emiratis (paid at least AED 6,000) and your Emiratisation rate at 31 December 2025. The calculator adds the 2026 growth requirement of one point by 30 June and two by 31 December, converts it into the number of Emiratis you need, and prices any gap at AED 10,000 a month per position.

Results update as you type. Figures last verified 13 October 2026.

An estimate from the rules we track, not legal advice or an official determination. MoHRE has not published its rounding rule; we round up to whole people. Your MoHRE establishment record is the authority on your requirement.

How the calculator works

Step Formula
Current rate Qualifying Emiratis ÷ skilled roles
Required rate Your 31 December 2025 rate + 1 point (30 June) or + 2 points (31 December)
Emiratis needed Required rate × skilled roles, rounded up
Gap Emiratis needed − qualifying Emiratis held
Monthly contribution Gap × AED 10,000 a month

A company that met every target since 2022 was at 8% at the end of 2025, so the default shows 9% for June and 10% for December.

What the calculator assumes

  • Who counts: Emiratis in skilled roles paid at least AED 6,000 through WPS.
  • Skilled roles: levels 1 to 5, attested certificate above secondary, AED 4,000+ excluding commission.
  • Rounding: up to whole people. MoHRE has not published its rule. Under verification
  • Companies behind the path: MoHRE has not published how it treats a company that missed earlier targets, so the calculator shows both readings. Under verification
