How to Register With Nafis: A Guide for Emiratis and Employers

StrongYes is not the Nafis platform. We explain how it works. Registration and applications happen only on the official site, nafis.gov.ae, and through UAE Pass. Never pay anyone to register you.

For Emirati job seekers and employees

1. Get UAE Pass. Nafis sign-in uses your UAE Pass digital identity.
2. Sign in at nafis.gov.ae and complete your profile: education, experience, preferred emirate and the roles you want.
3. Upload a current CV and keep it updated. Employers on the platform search these profiles.
4. Apply for jobs posted by Nafis partner employers.
5. Apply for support once you are employed and eligible: salary support, the child allowance and family schemes. See eligibility.
6. Keep it current. Changes of employer, salary or family details affect eligibility, so update the platform promptly.

For employers

1. Register your company as a Nafis partner on the official platform.
2. Post vacancies open to UAE nationals, with clear salary ranges (Emirati job seekers strongly prefer listings that show pay).
3. Search the candidate pool and invite applicants.
4. Make sure every hire has a MoHRE contract, WPS salary of at least AED 6,000 and pension registration, so the hire counts and the employee can claim support.
