Employers for Emirati Talent

A free StrongYes directory of UAE employers building careers for Emiratis, with programmes for UAE nationals, deadlines and official application links on one standard profile per employer.

No. Every apply button goes to the employer's official careers site.

StrongYes checks each profile's careers link and programme details against the employer's official site and shows the date of the last check on every profile. Profiles marked "official link check in progress" are still being checked.

The directory lists 500 employers that hire Emiratis across 20 industries, including banks, airlines, energy companies, hospitals, schools, retailers and engineering firms. Filter by industry, emirate or company type, or search by name.

Open an employer's profile and use its careers link to see live vacancies. UAE nationals in private-sector jobs may also qualify for Nafis salary support, so check the Nafis eligibility guide before you accept an offer.

Many do. Profiles show any programme StrongYes has confirmed on the employer's official site, and the StrongYes graduate programmes list compares them in one place.

Write to partner@strongyes.co to claim your profile. The Enhanced Employer Profile is AED 8,999, a one-time payment with unlimited updates.

No. Payment never affects search order, filters or the Emiratisation Excellence Index.
