How We Estimate Salaries for UAE Careers: StrongYes Emiratisation Hub
Quick answer

Salary ranges on StrongYes career pages are indicative monthly figures in AED, by level, based on StrongYes primary and secondary research. They show typical UAE market pay, vary by employer, emirate and experience, and are updated regularly. Every Emirati private-sector role must pay at least AED 6,000 a month, and eligible Emiratis can receive Nafis salary support on top.

What the ranges show

  • Fixed monthly pay in AED (basic plus allowances), by level: entry, mid-career and senior. Bonus and commission are extra.
  • Typical market pay in the UAE private sector, not a guarantee and not specific to nationality.
  • Before Nafis support. Eligible Emiratis can add Nafis salary support of up to AED 6,000 a month (bachelor's degree) for salaries of AED 6,000 to AED 20,000 a month.

How we build them

Ranges come from StrongYes primary and secondary research and are reviewed when new information becomes available. Where we do not yet have a reliable range for a role, the page says so rather than guessing.

The Emirati minimum

Every Emirati private-sector role must pay at least AED 6,000 a month, so entry ranges for Emiratis start at that floor. See minimum salary for Emiratis.
